Cluster Product Owner (CPO)
, you'll drive the implementation of the ILAP strategy across a family of related products — bridging product owners, stakeholders, and leadership

What You Do

• Responsible for ILAP service strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery, aligning product development and operating model with stakeholders, including Senior/OE Executive levels.
• Represent ILAP products to internal and external stakeholders, accountable for ILAP vision, mission, services, products, initiatives, and audit findings.
• Foster agile methodologies within the ILAP cluster, collaborating strategically with the IAM Tribe Lead, and managing the platform based on "One Identity Manager."
• Conduct competitive analysis, deeply understand market trends and customer needs, and ensure commercial success of products and cluster.
• Communicate product vision and progress across the organization, acting as a liaison between Product Owners and stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor internal and external demand, refine OKRs with product teams, evaluate product performance, and initiate improvements while encouraging best practices in product management.
• Ensure systems adhere to security best practices, working with the security team to ensure compliance with standards and regulations like SOC2, ISO, and GDPR.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in product management within large global organizations, leading successful product strategies and global teams.
• Expertise in IAM/ILAP solutions, including One Identity, SailPoint, and entraID, with strong knowledge of IAG concepts, security, risks, and governance.
• Proficient in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with experience in software modernization and implementing new cloud-based architectures.
• Proven ability to manage change and run teams, utilizing agile product development skills and an analytical mindset for problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively in a team, with a structured and independent approach to tasks.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field, with at least 6 years of project lead experience managing teams of 20+ FTEs.
• C1 English proficiency, supportive B2 in German, and willingness to travel internationally (to India, Munich, Barcelona, and Bucharest).
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
