Senior BPM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Java-based applications using the Flowable BPM platform
• Design API interfaces to integrate with other internal and external systems, ensuring smooth data flow and functionality
• Leverage Kafka for real-time data processing integration and Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications, enhancing system scalability and reliability
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test and deployment processes, ensuring rapid delivery of high-quality software
• Perform database design and management with SQL DBs, optimizing data storage and retrieval for business processes
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs within Spring Boot applications to interact with Flowable engines, including user task management, process deployment and real-time task monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, implementing solutions that drive operational excellence
• Document development processes, code changes and other technical details to maintain a clear understanding of system functionalities and architecture

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software developer with strong expertise in Java
• Profound knowledge of API development and experience in working with Flowable
• Experience with real-time data streaming using Kafka and managing containerized applications using Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Proficiency in SQL databases, with a keen ability to design efficient and robust data storage solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams
• Fluent skills in English speaking language, being able to communicate efficiently in business and technical domains
