Asevia tiene el objetivo de
ofrecer un servicio altamente especializado en el sector de la asesoría laboral, contable, fiscal y jurídica
, invirtiendo de forma significativa en tecnología para aprovechar la oportunidad que representa la transformación del modelo de servicio impulsada por la IA. Para ello contamos con 50 millones de euros de capital comprometido.

Asevia es un proyecto green-field en el que construimos un servicio integral de asesoría estratégica para la PyME española.
Ante este reto,
buscamos a nuestro primer Senior Staff Engineer.

Sobre el puesto

Como primer Senior Staff Engineer de Asevia, construirás desde cero piezas clave de nuestros productos, a la vez que marcarás los estándares técnicos de calidad. Tus contribuciones abarcarán principalmente tres áreas:

  • Como contribuidor individual, construirás soluciones punteras, impactando en el trabajo de cientos de empleados y miles de clientes. Diseñarás la arquitectura de nuevos sistemas, sentarás sus bases y te responsabilizarás de su entrega.
  • Como líder técnico, pondrás tus habilidades de comunicación al servicio de la definición de los roadmaps de negocio y producto, y acompañarás a los equipos que iremos incorporando.
  • Como parte del equipo fundador, influirás directamente en la cultura, prácticas y estilo de desarrollo que serán la base del área tecnológica de Asevia.

¿Quién eres?

  • Formación STEM (Grado, Máster o Doctorado).
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia relevante en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo técnico (como IC o manager).
  • Experiencia reciente con NodeJS + TS y/o Python.
  • Experiencia demostrable con IA más allá de lo básico, ya sea profesional o en proyectos personales (RAG, modelos locales, sistemas de agentes complejos, etc.).
  • Orientación al producto y mentalidad de
    continuous delivery
    .
  • Amplia experiencia en backend, entregando código de primer nivel (DDD, Clean/Hex/Onion, testing avanzado, etc.) y criterio para saber cuándo es razonable relajar la calidad.
  • Suficiente experiencia en frontend como para ser productivo/a.

  • Experiencia en plataforma e infraestructura.
  • Experiencia previa en una startup en fase temprana.
