The Role

As Account Manager – Pet Health, you will be responsible for managing and developing international accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term partnerships across the veterinary ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with the management board and the marketing team, contributing to both commercial execution and strategic planning.

As Account Manager you will act as a bridge between us and our clients, managing the relationship to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth through communication, strategy, and problem-solving, while coordinating internal resources acting as a link between the client and internal departments (sales, technical, etc.) to ensure the delivery of services and products. You will work on a daily basis with the management board and with the marketing team.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, empathy, and results-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities

You will serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining constant and effective communication and building trust. Moreover you will help developing long-term plans, analyze metrics, and giving feedbacks to adapt to market trends and competition.

  • Manage and grow key accounts in international markets
  • Drive B2B sales in the pet health and veterinary sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with:
  • Veterinary pharmaceutical companies
  • Veterinarians and veterinary professionals
  • International distributors of veterinary products
  • Manage distributor agreements and commercial negotiations together with direction
  • Coordinate sales initiatives with marketing and management teams
  • Track pipeline and performance using CRM tools
  • Contribute to go-to-market and international expansion strategies

Experience

  • Previous experience in similar roles and similar industries
  • Previous experience as international sales manager (export)

  • Ability to see the big picture and align client interests with those of the company.

Education

  • Degrees in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Specialized training in sales techniques, negotiation, communication, and digital tools.

Languages

  • Spanish mandatory
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
