Ecommerce, Clientes y Omnicanal
, en un entorno dinámico y en plena transformación.


Tus principales responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar campañas comerciales asegurando su rentabilidad, en coordinación con Compras, Supply y Marcas.
  • Analizar resultados de ventas, tráfico y comportamiento del cliente (on-site) para detectar desviaciones y oportunidades.
  • Definir e impulsar acciones de animación comercial y estrategias
    drive to store
    que generen conversión y venta cruzada.
  • Supervisar el proceso de compra E2E, mejorando la
    experiencia de cliente
    (UX/UI).
  • Colaborar con equipos de
    Performance y SEO
    para optimizar tráfico, posicionamiento y resultados.
  • Analizar datos CRM y bases de datos para conocer mejor al cliente y proponer acciones personalizadas.
  • Medir y reportar
    KPIs de Ecommerce
    con herramientas como Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics y Microstrategy.
  • Realizar benchmarking continuo para detectar nuevas palancas de crecimiento..


Qué buscamos

  • Experiencia: 3–5 años en posiciones de Ecommerce o Growth, preferiblemente en Gran Consumo o Retail.
  • Formación: ADE, Marketing Digital, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o similar.
  • Fuerte conocimiento de Excel, Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics, Microstrategy y SEO.
  • Capacidad para interpretar datos, identificar oportunidades y activar mejoras.
