Als Onboarding Account Manager begleiten Sie neue Geschäftskunden durch ihre ersten Schritte im System. Sie helfen bei der Einrichtung, erklären Funktionen, beantworten Fragen und stellen sicher, dass Kunden vollständig vorbereitet sind, um die angebotenen Lösungen optimal zu nutzen. Ihre Rolle ist entscheidend für den erfolgreichen Start von Kundinnen und Kunden und schafft die Grundlage für langfristige Zusammenarbeit.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören online Meetings, E-Mail-Korrespondenz, Analyse von Kundendaten, Dokumentation von Fortschritten und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams. Sie übersetzen komplexe technische Abläufe in leicht verständliche Erklärungen, passen Onboardingpläne an und verfolgen individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse präzise.
Der Arbeitsalltag bietet klare Ziele, kontinuierliche Unterstützung und regelmäßiges Coaching. Sie arbeiten mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Ländern zusammen, was ein inspirierendes, vielfältiges und modernes Arbeitsumfeld schafft. Job Description
