Senior Recruiter
to lead the full recruitment cycle for key roles within the
Design, Product Development, and Creative
departments of our client, in
Barcelona
.

Luxury

sectors around Europe and has offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga and London.

Job Description como Senior Recruiter:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic positions within Design, Product, Trend, Technical Development, and Creative teams.
  • Partner closely with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Product Managers to understand team needs, project pipelines, and talent gaps.
  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract exceptional designers and product innovators.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, portfolio reviews, and industry events.
  • Evaluate candidate portfolios and work samples to ensure alignment with brand aesthetic, technical level, and market positioning.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the candidate experience with professionalism, transparency, and brand-aligned communication.
  • Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Drive process improvements and ensure recruitment best practices across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to support strategic workforce planning and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a significant portion focused on the fashion or creative industries.
  • Proven experience hiring Design, Product, Creative, and Technical talent within fashion brands.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end product creation process and fashion market cycles.
  • Ability to review and assess creative portfolios with a critical and trained eye.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches at once.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
