Global Brand Copywriter
with a sharp eye for detail and strong conceptual mindset — someone who believes that
good writing starts with thinking, not with words
, and knows how to turn that thinking into clear, distinctive and consistent brand copy.

You'll join a team where
creative campaigns are a core part of how we build the brand
, not a one-off. This role is about deeply understanding
Factorial's brand platform
and representing its voice with craft and intention across every brand touchpoint — from high-level concepts to daily executions.

The Role

  • Represent and apply Factorial's brand voice, ensuring consistency, quality and strategic intent across all brand touchpoints, while helping maintain a unified message, elevate the creative quality of content and ensure a consistent tone of voice across channels.
  • Develop concepts and messages grounded in real customer insights, strong product understanding and clear business context, ensuring creativity always supports Factorial's product story and value proposition.
  • Develop strong, well-crafted and engaging copy for a wide range of channels and formats, working on frequent creative campaigns that translate into brand and creative concepts, website and landing pages, marketing presentations, video scripts, social media and brand content, emails and other brand initiatives.
  • Support and guide the conceptual development of local campaigns, partnering closely with Brand Marketing Managers across Spain, France, Portugal, Germany and Italy, ensuring alignment with the global brand platform.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform creative direction and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Video, Content, Paid, Product Marketing and Social Media teams throughout the creative process.

Your Profile

  • Strong ability to think conceptually, starting with the why before the how, and to write with craft.
  • Proficient English level is required.
  • 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a creative or advertising agency environment, working on concepts and copy.
  • A solid portfolio is required, demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaigns and copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of social media language and dynamics, with the ability to propose new content formats that perform across platforms.
  • High attention to detail, strong brand sensitivity and sound creative judgment.


Nice to have

  • Spanish in addition to English.
  • Experience working on branding projects, with a good understanding of brand strategy, positioning and long-term brand building.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment with SaaS, tech or global brands.
  • Experience using Notion and Figma, plus basic design knowledge.
