EL ROL

En eMascaró estamos buscando un/a 
Brand Strategist Senior Freelance
, con sólida experiencia en la creación y desarrollo de 
plataformas de marca
. Este perfil trabajará en colaboración con nuestro equipo de estrategia y diseño para liderar proyectos estratégicos desde la definición de la esencia de marca hasta su articulación conceptual.

Buscamos una mente muy estratégica y creativa capaz de traducir investigación, datos e insights en narrativas poderosas que definan el ADN de marcas relevantes, con un enfoque digital y contemporáneo.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar y desarrollar 
    plataformas de marca
     completas (propósito, visión, misión, valores, personalidad, tono de voz, promesa, posicionamiento, etc.).
  • Investigar y analizar el contexto de negocio, competencia, audiencias y tendencias para identificar oportunidades de marca.
  • Facilitar workshops estratégicos con clientes (presenciales o remotos).
  • Definir el marco estratégico que guiará el desarrollo creativo y visual.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de diseño, UX/UI y contenido.
  • Presentar y defender la estrategia de marca ante el cliente.

REQUISITOS

  • Experiencia mínima de 
    5-7 años
     como Brand Strategist en entornos de agencia.
  • Dominio en la creación de 
    plataformas de marca
     y frameworks estratégicos.
  • Habilidad para estructurar pensamiento estratégico y expresarlo de forma clara, visual y convincente.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos estratégicos complejos con múltiples stakeholders.
  • Capacidad para facilitar sesiones estratégicas con clientes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en español (valoramos catalán e inglés).
  • Mentalidad proactiva, autónoma y colaborativa.
  • Portfolio de proyectos estratégicos relevantes (se solicitará).
  • Residencia en Barcelona, no se valorarán perfiles que estén fuera.
