Pre-sales Technical Support Expert

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support during the pre-sales and bidding phases of wind power projects.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop technical proposals, solutions, and presentations for wind turbine projects.
- Conduct site analysis, turbine selection, layout optimization, and energy yield assessment.
- Prepare and review technical documents including technical specifications, compliance matrices, and bid clarifications.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical negotiations, and project discussions to explain turbine technology and solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, engineering, electrical, loads, certification, etc.) to address customer technical requirements.
- Track customer feedback and market trends to support continuous product and solution improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in wind power sales, pre-sales, or technical sales support, preferably with a wind turbine manufacturer or EPC.
- Solid understanding of wind turbine technology, including mechanical systems, electrical systems, control systems, and grid connection.
- Proven experience in technical bidding and commercial-technical coordination for wind power projects. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
