Incorpora un/
a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER FOOD SERVICE / HOSTELERÍA ORGANIZADA
, para liderar el desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas a nivel nacional.

Tu MISIÓN:

Serás una figura clave en el desarrollo y construcción de relaciones comerciales con
Cuentas Nacionales y Regionales en Canal de Food Service / Hostelería Organizada, Restauración Colectiva, Cash & Carry….

Serás el/la encargado/a de construir relaciones y desarrollar asociaciones con clientes de alto nivel, impulsando el
crecimiento del canal Foodservice
y la
presencia de nuestro portafolio
en el mercado.

FUNCIONES:

  • Desarrollo de Grandes Cuentas (nacionales y/o regionales) del Canal Food Service:
    cadenas de hoteles, cadenas de restaurantes, empresas de restauración colectiva… así como del canal
    Cash & Carry
    .
  • Establecer relaciones con actores clave
    : captar nuevas cuentas y aumentar la cobertura numérica de cuentas, alineado con los objetivos de crecimiento de la empresa.
  • Alto nivel de networking
    y presencia en el ecosistema Food Service.
  • Definir Planes de Negocios con Clientes.
  • Ejecutar el Plan Operativo Anual
    (acuerdos, precios, lanzamientos).
  • Negociar contratos
    comerciales.
  • Trabajo transversal con
    Área Managers
    de
    Food Service
    a nivel nacional para la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta.
  • Gestionar y liderar el equipo de Asesores Culinarios
    , definiendo prioridades y supervisando desempeño.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS:

  • Es imprescindible aportar experiencia comercial en HORECA ORGANIZADA, especialmente en desarrollo de negocio y apertura de nuevas cuentas.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en Cash & Carry.
  • Perfil con iniciativa, empuje comercial y capacidad relacional.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y orientación a resultados.
  • Se valorará aportar experiencia previa en gestión de equipos (directos o indirectos).
