As a Retail Manager, you will oversee 50 stores and lead a team of Area Managers to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer experiences, and the alignment of all stores with our brand vision. Reporting directly to the Retail Director, you'll collaborate across departments to develop strategies, optimize store performance, and drive key business objectives.

• Our Retail Manager will be based in Barcelona, with availability to travel 40% of the time.

What will be your responsibilities?

Lead and coordinate the retail team

• Manage and mentor a team of Area Managers and Store Managers across all our stores, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact and leader for the retail team, ensuring their professional growth and engagement.

Develop and execute retail strategies

• Design and implement strategies to optimize store operations and ensure sustained profitability.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the retail experience.

Support store launches and upgrades

• Give support on the new store openings and renovations, ensuring on-time and smooth rollouts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that meet brand standards.

Ensure operational excellence

• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Monitor ongoing training to ensure the retail team is proficient in systems, processes, and customer service excellence.

Enhance the store experience

• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that every store reflects MiiN's brand image and delivers an exceptional customer journey.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to continuously improve in-store experiences.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration

• Partner with all Miin departments to have the 360º company vision ot be able to develop properly all the strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage budgets, optimize profitability, and align retail objectives with financial goals.

Analyze performance metrics

• Track and analyze KPIs, such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and stock turnover, using insights to make data-driven decisions.
• Regularly present performance reports to senior management, offering recommendations to improve efficiency and drive results.

Champion team development

• Inspire, train, and mentor the retail team to build a culture of collaboration, motivation, and high performance.
• Foster an environment of trust and empowerment where employees can thrive and grow professionally.

What are we looking for?

• Proven retail experience: Minimum 5 years managing multi-store operations and leading teams, preferably in cosmetics or a related field.
• Leadership skills: A proactive leader who inspires and motivates teams to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical mindset: Ability to interpret KPIs, develop strategies based on data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus.
• Retail expertise: Experience in visual merchandising, inventory control, and customer experience management.
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
• Flexible and adaptable: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent travel.
