- Strengthen key agency partnerships by providing solution focused proposals based on agency and advertiser goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and end-to-end support to HoldCos/Indies and become an advisory point of contact when it comes to e-commerce solutions.
- Educate Agencies on Criteo's technology across channels and devices.
- Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin.
- First point of contact for tech resolution - effectively manage key accounts strategy and conversation within teams.
- Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI's to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached.
- Prioritize book of business to focus on most impactful opportunities.
- Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling full funnel solutions.
- Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly meetings an yearly clients' strategies.
- Data-driven internal reporting.
- 2+ years of experience in the regional digital media landscape either in an agency or ad-tech company
- Fluent level of English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Understanding of how agencies work, both HoldCos and Indies in the IBERIA region, and ability to build strong, long-term relationships with them.
- Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats.
- Motivated self-starter, with solid customer service experience and a consultative approach.
- Great communicator with analytical and strategic mindset.
- Strong commercial mindset, sales and negotiation skills, upselling and client growth focus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution from ad calls and responses.
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand.
- Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights and documents new information
