What You'll Do:

We are in the search for an intern for our Account Strategy team in Barcelona. You will be learning and working with advertisers, analyzing and optimizing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong and productive relationship with our partners.

This is a 6-month paid, full-time (39h) internship. As an intern you will be assigned a manager who will help to identify goals, mentor and support you throughout your internship.

Provide support on various types of clients:

  • Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers
  • Solving any client issue/bug on campaign: troubleshooting issues and liaising and working closely with Business Intelligence and Technical Solutions team to go deeper
  • Helping the Account Strategist team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio
  • Performing admin tasks such as tickets or communication with operational teams

Contribute to the team's success by:

  • Improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks
  • Monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities, (covering certain AS tasks if they are not present)
  • Being involved in other marketing activities
Who You Are:
  • Fluent in English and Polish/Czech language (both spoken and written)
  • Completed an internship in sales or client service, ideally in a tech-related field
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Strong knowledge of all core MS Office applications
  • Shows ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Business sense to handle efficiently a multitasking environment where prioritization is key
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • Passion for digital industry and continual learning
  • Analytical skills and attention to details to explore product performances and explain any recommendation made
  • Needs to be able to sign an internship contract in Spain for 6 months
