Part-Time, Temporary Payroll & Benefits Specialist
 to support our dynamic team and help us continue building the future of women's health.

Role Description

This is a temporary on-site role for a Payroll And Benefits Specialist, located in Barcelona. The responsibilities include managing payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. The role also requires maintaining accurate employee records, supporting audits, resolving payroll discrepancies, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and labor law compliance
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Experience with data entry, payroll software or systems, and record-keeping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in payroll or benefits management is desirable
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
