Overview:

We are looking for an Booking & Guest Relations, dynamic and proactive to achieve our kpis in terms of revenue and occupancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our Apartments and Rooms availability in our Channel Manager
• Manage our portfolio across different sales channels: Idealista,
• Prospect, plan and qualify the best leads to our properties
• Follow the best leads ir our CRM
• Interact with prospects through calls calls/day) and messages from any channel
• Signing customer agreements by reaching the set kPI´s
• Be methodical and organized

Don't stress, we will provide you with everything you need to achieve the above

Requirements:

• A university degree in Toursim, Business Administration, MKT or a related discipline is a plus but not strictly mandatory. We value experience
• At least 1 years of experience in Sales or Booking, ideally within the real estate & hospitality sectors.
• Proactive, decisive and positive
• Outstanding communication skills
• Continuous learning capacity in the real estate sector
• Excellent English and Spanish skills. Other languages will be a plus
• Commitment to established objectives
