Somos una marca europea especializada en equipamiento premium para motociclistas, continuamos nuestro proceso de expansión internacional y buscamos incorporar un/a European Sales Manager para liderar y desarrollar la estrategia comercial en Europa.
Responsabilidades
-Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de By City en los mercados europeos.
-Gestión, desarrollo y supervisión de la red de distribuidores y agentes comerciales en Europa.
-Apertura de nuevos mercados y captación de cuentas estratégicas.
-Negociación con grandes distribuidores y grupos de compra.
-Seguimiento de ventas, márgenes y objetivos por país.
-Coordinación directa con dirección general, marketing y producto.
-Representación de la marca en ferias internacionales del sector de la moto.
Requisitos
-Experiencia demostrable de mínimo 5 años en ventas. Se valorará tener esta experiencia dentro del sector de la moto en Europa (equipamiento, ropa técnica, accesorios, cascos, etc.).
-Conocimiento profundo del mercado europeo y sus particularidades.
-Experiencia gestionando equipos comerciales y/o redes de agentes internacionales.
-Alta capacidad de negociación y clara orientación a resultados.
-Perfil estratégico, autónomo y con visión a medio y largo plazo.
-Nivel muy alto de inglés (imprescindible). Se valorarán otros idiomas europeos.
-Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para trasladarse de forma permanente.
-Disponibilidad para viajar con frecuencia por Europa.
