Misión de la posición:
La persona seleccionada se incorporará al área de Recepción & Back Office, desempeñando un papel clave en la atención a clientes y en el soporte administrativo de la organización. Su función principal será garantizar una experiencia de atención profesional y eficiente, así como asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos administrativos diarios. El puesto requiere una persona organizada, proactiva y orientada al servicio, capaz de gestionar diversas tareas de forma simultánea y de colaborar estrechamente con distintos departamentos para contribuir al buen funcionamiento interno.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atención telefónica y presencial a clientes y visitas, asegurando una experiencia positiva y una correcta gestión de las comunicaciones.
  • Preparación y acondicionamiento de salas según calendario.
  • Recepción, gestión y administración de envíos.
  • Gestión administrativa de traspasos de mandatos.
  • Tramitación de impuestos municipales
  • Gestiones con bancos y empresas de suministros
  • Solicitud de NIEs
  • Apoyo administrativo a otros departamentos.

Requisitos:

  • Español y alemán con nivel muy alto o nativo.
  • Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y dispositivos de oficina (escáner, impresoras)
  • Conocimientos básicos de gestión documental.
  • Persona ordenada, meticulosa, colaborativa y con capacidad de aprendizaje.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en puestos similares.
