We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Facility Management Specialist to join our Facilities Team of Operational Design, Control, Resilience and Facilities.

The responsibility of this team is to provide quality services in an efficient, sustainable, and agile way, guaranteeing the best possible environment for all employees, thus contributing to the operation of the business and our way of working is constantly monitor our infrastructures and listen our customers to always improve our services.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Facility Management Supervisor, you will:

Positivly contribute to maintain and improve the wellbeing of our employees at our offices.

Co-create the best environment for our colleagues to operate the business.

• Monitor and manage our infrastructure, directly or through third parties' services.
• Manage the administrative processes of the providers you will be working with.
• Work with other areas of the bank to understand their needs and provide them the best service.
• Collaborate with other facility colleagues to support and backup them.
• Manager suppliers' performance and contracts follow up.
• Manage Projects to implement new services or infrastructures.
• Handle the relation with tenants we have in our premises.
• Deal with our colleagues in Amsterdam regarding local data and systems.

Technical Skills

• Real Estate Management
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems (High and Low Voltage, BMS, clima, lightning, PCI, Submetering,..).
• Preventive maintenance planning definition and follow up.
• Dashboards creation.
• Used to work with KPIs.
• Ability to work with providers and maintain a long term relationship.
• Knowledge of local regulations.
• Architectural design principles.
• English is a must.
• Experience with GMAO systems and Autocad is a plus.

Requirements

• Graduate in a technical field (Architect, Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer)
• 5+ years in a similar role.

Buscamos a una persona apasionada, con gran sentido de pertenencia al equipo, mente abierta para buscar soluciones e ideas innovadoras, siempre con enfoque eficiente y sostenible. Tus principales actividades serán:

• Monitorizar y gestionar nuestra infraestructura, directamente o a través de servicios de terceros.
• Gestionar los procesos administrativos de las personas proveedoras con las que trabajarás.
• Colaborar con otras áreas del banco para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer el mejor servicio.
• Trabajar en equipo con otras personas del área de instalaciones para dar soporte y respaldo.
• Gestionar el rendimiento de proveedores y el seguimiento de contratos.
• Liderar proyectos para implementar nuevos servicios o infraestructuras.
• Mantener la relación con las personas arrendatarias en nuestras instalaciones.
• Coordinarte con colegas en Ámsterdam sobre datos locales y sistemas.

• Gestión inmobiliaria.
• Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos/eléctricos (Alta y Baja Tensión, BMS, climatización, iluminación, PCI, submetering…).
• Definición y seguimiento de planes de mantenimiento preventivo.
• Creación de dashboards.
• Experiencia trabajando con KPIs.
• Capacidad para trabajar con proveedores y mantener relaciones a largo plazo.
• Conocimiento de normativas locales.
• Principios de diseño arquitectónico.
• Inglés imprescindible.
• Experiencia con sistemas GMAO y Autocad (valorable).

• Titulación universitaria en área técnica (Arquitectura, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil).
• Más de 5 años en un puesto similar.
