2. Mapping out all the players operating in those spaces.
3. Getting unique insights in these areas (e.g. growth rate).
4. Tracking what their competitors are doing in them.

Our core technology is built on real-time analytics and Generative AI running on private and public company data. We fuel our Natural Language Processing technology with +50M companies and +1.2B aggregated data points, allowing us to be 3x-5x better than alternatives.

What we expect from you

• Leadership & Management
  • As a key member of the Product Management team, you will work alongside our Co-Founder & COO / CPO, formerly Product at Google, our Lead Product Manager, and the whole product team.
  • You will also have the opportunity to be the PM of one of our cross-functional teams.

  • Be in continuous and close contact with users to deeply understand their pains, needs, and workflows. You are expected to lead by example, shadowing our users on a continuous basis as a non-negotiable to build a best-in-class product.

  • Be able to independently run demanding discovery, shadowing, and user interviews with senior corporate stakeholders—capturing nuance, context, and emotion without supervision.
  • Translate complex user insights into crisp documentation and narratives that the broader team can act on immediately.

  • Leverage AI to conduct rapid prototyping, experimentation, and lean slicing to validate ideas fast (Dual-Track Agile: Discovery + Delivery).

  • Leverage AI advancements to enhance product experiences, while keeping simplicity at the core.
  • Stay ahead of product management trends in AI-enabled workflows, personalization, and decision-making tools.

  • Work as an integral part of the Product Trio (Product Manager + Product Designer + Product Engineering Lead), ensuring alignment on outcomes, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Provide clear, high-quality direction that accelerates engineering and product execution.

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term vision for an outstanding product experience fully integrated into customer workflows

What you will bring

• You have 3+ years of experience in Product Management at product-driven, fast-paced tech startups.
• You have a great product sense, and you use it along with your product management expertise to add value to our users.
• You have experience doing product discovery and don't need to be convinced of the importance of doing continuous discovery with our users as the core component of our discovery efforts.
• You have a genuine passion for technology and the AI revolution, constantly exploring new tools that can elevate the product and streamline day-to-day workflows.
• You see your work as a way of generating value for our users, not as an end.
• Professional proficiency in English is a Must. If in doubt, please refrain from applying. Spanish is a plus.

Bonus Points

• Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS B2B companies.

Compensation & Perks

• You will have a full-time contract (i.e. no freelance work). Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor work visas at this time.
• We will offer you a very competitive salary based on your past experience and future potential. We also want you to have stock options since we want you to grow as the company grows and to celebrate FounderNest's success at all levels.
• Equipment : all you need to kill it at work. Just request it and we'll do our best.
• You will have a flexible schedule since we want you to have the freedom to organize your time towards achieving our ambitious goals. That being said, we expect you to exercise common sense and be available when your teammates may need you and during meetings where your attendance is necessary.
• We'd love it if you were based in Madrid so that you can spend time with our team there in a hybrid mode. That being said, we are also open to stellar fully remote candidates based in Spain. In this case, you will still have opportunities to collaborate in person at our offices in Madrid and California. Plus, we regularly organize activities, events, and off-sites to strengthen our team connections.
• Unlimited vacation policy , as long as you coordinate with your team and you meet our goals.
• 90/10 policy: each team member can devote 10% of their time (usually a Friday every other week) to innovate and grow professionally .

Hiring process
