About the Position They are looking for a Product Manager Senior, to lead the customer retention squads, financial dashboard, creation of new features, and market analysi - Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems. Using the continuous discovery method, dive deep into our customers' problems, identify opportunities, run experiments, and ideate solutions. - Rapidly develop impactful solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences. - Develop product strategy: You'll prioritize work that will move the needle for our customers and help us reach our business OKRs. - Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post -release analysis. - Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results. - Build knowledge: You will be in charge of building expertise in your product area, by combining customer research, analytics, and market analysisRequisitos **What We Look For** - Product sense: You're passionate and good at understanding customers and industry trends. You have a track record of building great products. - User Research & Data: You're able to conduct advanced user research, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions with strong analytical and problem -solving skills. - Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data -driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth. - You are an action profile: You want to get things done.
