The Project
You will join our team as an Engagement Manager, supporting projects with a European Agency. These initiatives are part of a broader digital transformation program, where your role will focus on managing client relationships, coordinating teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.
You will act as the main point of contact between the client and the internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, smooth communication, and that project objectives are met. All communication and documentation will be conducted in English. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in high-impact projects within a dynamic, international, and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and overall progress.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and review meetings with stakeholders.
- Lead the definition and prioritization of requirements in collaboration with teams.
- Oversee quality and adherence to project standards and best practices.
- Promote effective communication, collaboration, and transparency across all stakeholders.
Required Profile
We are looking for an Engagement Manager with:
- At least 5 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients in international environments.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) — will be assessed during the interview.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in international or public sector projects.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and best practices.
