Traffic Acquisition Manager
leads and optimizes our efforts in driving high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
What are your responsibilities:
- Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost
- Report regularly on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings
- Analyze performance data (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns
- Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies
- Build and maintain senior-level partnerships with country-level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers)
- Manage budgets and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Identify new growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data
- Solid expertise and hands-on experience in SEO and Performance Marketing (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, and Social Ads)Technical/methodological skills
- Familiarity with additional tools is a plus – such as feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising, and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- Fluent English speaker; proficiency in Dutch or French is an advantage
