Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the TA team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across all levels and functions. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent needs and create workforce plans. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve processes. Manage employer branding initiatives to position MCI as an employer of choice. Partner with HR and leadership to align TA strategy with organizational goals. Oversee compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment standards. Candidate Qualifications WONDER IF YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree or relevant HR/Talent Management certification is highly preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role. Experience managing recruitment at a director-level scope, including strategy, team leadership, and budget management. Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Proven ability to implement scalable processes and drive recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
