This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to help shape the future of a thriving international brand.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the PPC Strategy : Take full control of the PPC budget and P&L, driving revenue, improving profit margins, and ensuring we hit financial goals.Maximise ROI : Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive positive ROI and strong marketing efficiencies.Set the Bar High : Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent campaign optimisation and success.Track & Analyse : Monitor and report on campaign performance against key business metrics like CPA, CPC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, ROAS — and adjust strategies accordingly.Test & Learn : Lead A / B testing of ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve performance.Your profileExperience : 3+ years of experience in paid search within the online gambling industry and with Latam exposure.Data Wizardry : You know how to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.Strong Communicator : You can present performance findings to senior stakeholders.Search Engine Mastery : Deep expertise in Google AdKnowledge of programmatic ads, having worked with DSPs like DV360 or Xandr.Analytics Pro : Minimum GA4 experience, Lookier and GTM knowledge highly appreciated.Channel Insight : Understanding of how Paid Search works alongside Organic Search and other performance channels.
