We are looking for a Junior Lawyer
.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Supporting corporate entity management (incorporation, reorganization, liquidation of companies).
- Assisting with residence permit–related legal processes.
- Maintaining and updating legal templates, internal documents, and contract repositories.
- Reviewing and drafting various types of contracts under supervision.
- Supporting contract lifecycle management and documentation tracking.
- Assisting with trademark applications, renewals, and basic IP portfolio management.
- Handling routine legal requests from internal teams.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors when required.
- Supporting day-to-day legal operations and administrative legal tasks.
- Learning and gradually taking ownership of assigned legal processes.
We Expect From You
- Law degree (Bachelor's or Master's) or final-year law student.
- Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of European law or experience with EU-related legal matters.
- Understanding of international business needs and legal support in IT companies.
- Ability to review and draft basic legal documents.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Interest in developing a career in international corporate, contract, and IP law.
What Do We Offer
- REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;
- Vacation 28 calendar days per year;
- 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave;

- Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
