Are you a seasoned M&A professional with a passion for driving strategic growth and overseeing high-impact transactions from start to finish? We're looking for an M&A Manager with proven experience to join our dynamic team at Fever—the leading global platform for discovering the best events and experiences.
About the Role:
Lead Deal Origination and Evaluation
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with Fever's global growth objectives
- Oversee and coordinate due diligence across financial, tax, legal, tech, and commercial domains
- Build robust financial models and valuation analyses, identifying clear deal synergies
- Synthesize findings into persuasive investment theses and recommendations for senior leadership
Drive Deal Execution
- Manage cross-functional deal teams, setting timelines and ensuring smooth progress toward closing
- Negotiate critical transaction terms—deal structure, valuation, financing—in tandem with legal and external advisors
- Oversee the preparation of all transaction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Strategic Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and development opportunities to junior team members, fostering a culture of high performance
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex financial concepts into actionable insights
- Champion best practices in M&A, staying ahead of market trends and industry dynamics
About You:
- 5–7 years of hands-on M&A experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (candidates with less than 5 years will not be considered)
- Demonstrated track record of leading successful, full-cycle M&A transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Expert understanding of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and transaction structuring
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills—capable of building consensus and driving results
- Passionate about continuous learning, professional development, and fostering team growth
