Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Performance Manager, based in Barcelona. The Digital Performance Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of digital performance campaigns to optimize business metrics. Tasks include managing digital advertising budgets, monitoring campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimization strategies, and training internal teams on digital tools. The role includes developing comprehensive performance reports and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in performance management and campaign monitoring techniques.
  • Experience in training and mentoring teams on digital tools and performance strategies.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning for digital advertising initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
