In Media Planning & Activation, we don't just manage ad spend; we fuel our clients' business engines. We specialize in connecting brands with high-value audiences across the entire digital landscape—from search and social to programmatic and beyond.

What we'd like you to do

You will be the direct point of contact for the client. You will gather the brief, deeply understand business objectives, and translate them into effective, integrated media plans.

You will design, develop, and execute direct media plans incorporating both Online (Digital, Social, etc.) and Offline (TV, Radio, OOH) channels. You will propose innovative strategies to achieve client KPIs, especially in Branding.

You will be responsible for the buying, monitoring, and active optimization of ON and OFF campaigns. You will implement real-time strategic adjustments to ensure maximum performance and defined objective fulfillment.

You will conduct research on market trends, the media ecosystem, audience behavior, and competitor activity. You will use this data to generate relevant insights that inform strategy and decision-making.

You will negotiate rates and agreements with media partners and vendors to secure the best proposal for our clients. You will coordinate closely with internal Account, Planning, and other teams to guarantee the seamless execution of 100% integrated campaigns.

You will control the correct imputation of media investments and ensure the proper administrative management of Insertion Orders (IOs) and vendor contracts.

You will prepare detailed and executive performance reports, analyzing results and providing clear strategic recommendations for future activations.

Explore and apply tools based on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

What we'd like you to bring

A minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrable experience in media planning, buying, and execution, with expertise in Branding campaigns.

Experience and strong understanding of ON and OFF channels (TV, OOH, Radio, Digital, Branded Content, etc.), with the ability to identify the strengths of each medium and its specific audience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, strategy presentation, and reporting.

Demonstrable experience with planning and insights tools (e.g., Kantar, Infoadex, Mosaico, IOPE tracking, GFK) and digital measurement platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar).

High level of English (C1/B2), valuable for communication with international clients or partners.

Ability to translate a brief into a comprehensive strategic plan, demonstrating a solid understanding of key Branding KPIs (reach, awareness, affinity, etc.).

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments, coupled with high attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
