Buscamos un/a
Retail Media Activation Specialist
para liderar la activación y optimización de campañas onsite (Web, App, CRM) con enfoque
full funnel
y orientación a
performance
, contribuyendo al desarrollo de un modelo operativo de referencia en el sector.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestionar y optimizar campañas:
    Configuración, activación y seguimiento en
    adservers
    y
    DSPs top del mercado
    , asegurando pacing, rendimiento y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Maximizar el performance:
    Analizar KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversiones) y aplicar estrategias de optimización data-driven a lo largo del funnel.
  • Mejorar y estandarizar procesos:
    Documentar flujos operativos, identificar ineficiencias y participar en iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua.
  • Innovar y colaborar:
    Participar en proyectos de innovación, benchmarking y pruebas A/B junto a equipos de Ventas, Producto, Data y Creatividad.
  • Comunicar y coordinar:
    Preparar reportes e insights post-campaña, apoyar presentaciones a marcas y participar en las ceremonias Agile del equipo.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Grado en Marketing Digital, Publicidad, Comunicación o similar.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en AdOps
    y al menos
    2 años en Retail Media o agencias digitales.
  • Experiencia en activación y optimización de campañas en
    adservers
    y
    DSPs de primer nivel.
  • Conocimiento de estrategias de activación
    full funnel
    y métricas de
    performance.
  • Capacidad para gestionar proyectos complejos, con mentalidad analítica, innovadora y orientada a resultados.
