As a
Websites Experience Manager
, you will be responsible for maximizing the business impact of brand websites by balancing user needs with strategic objectives. You will guide both global and local teams through website strategy, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. Your mission is to ensure that all websites deliver a user-centric, high-performing, and brand-aligned experience within the broader marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & User Advocacy
- Define and execute the strategy for assigned brand websites in alignment with both business goals and user needs.
- Act as the voice of the user and the brand across all phases of website planning, design, and optimization.
- Serve as a key liaison between brand teams, agencies, marketing, MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory), design, delivery, CMS, and data/experience teams.
Performance Monitoring & Data Analysis
- Track and evaluate website performance through KPIs such as user satisfaction, conversion rates, SEO metrics, and engagement indicators.
- Use analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, CrazyEgg, A/B testing platforms) to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Translate data insights into actionable plans to enhance customer journeys and boost website performance.
Campaign & Marketing Integration
- Collaborate closely with marketing and media teams to anticipate campaign impacts on website performance and traffic.
- Ensure digital experiences support marketing priorities and deliver a consistent, seamless journey for users across all channels.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, performance metrics, and key updates clearly to stakeholders, including brand, marketing, CX, and delivery teams.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on website objectives, timelines, and results.
Capability Building & Support
- Support and train local teams to manage and optimize their websites within the company's digital ecosystem.
- Provide guidance and best practices to ensure local content aligns with global templates, governance, and brand guidelines.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Improved website performance metrics (conversion rate, SEO ranking, user satisfaction, engagement, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder alignment and satisfaction with website strategy and execution.
- Measurable business impact through optimized digital experiences.
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and business impact measurement.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, delivery, CMS, analytics, and agencies).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable improvements.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with website analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, CrazyEgg, A/B testing tools).
- Knowledge of SEO principles, accessibility standards, and web governance frameworks.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven industry (e.g., healthcare, finance, or pharmaceuticals).
