El equipo al que te unes:
La vacante se encuentras dentro del equipo de Reclamaciones Marítimas de Repsol Trading, dentro de la Dirección de Planificación y Control del negocio de Trading perteneciendo a la Dirección General de Transformación industrial y Economía Circula. El negocio de Repsol Trading se basa en cuatro pilares fundamentales: exportación e importación de productos derivados del petróleo, operaciones de compraventa con terceros (proprietary trading), transporte y coberturas mediante derivados financieros. Es un negocio global, con presencia en diversas regiones geográficas y oficinas en Madrid, Houston, Lima y Singapur. El equipo de Reclamaciones Marítimas se encarga de gestionar incidencias en operaciones marítimas de crudo y productos, especialmente relacionadas con calidad, cantidad y demoras. La misión de la posición consiste en gestionar reclamaciones con foco en calidad y cantidad (Q&Q), colaborando estrechamente con operadores, traders y otras áreas. Es un rol clave para proteger el valor de las operaciones y aportar información útil para mejorar la toma de decisiones. El entorno es dinámico, técnico y muy conectado con el negocio

Principales tareas:

  • Presentación de documentación, calculo y envío de las reclamaciones marítimas por demoras para buques fletados, en Time Charter y las derivadas de la compraventa de crudo y productos petrolíferos.
  • Negociación y acuerdo de las reclamaciones enviadas y las recibidas que puedan surgir de los contratos comerciales del grupo Repsol.
  • Presentación, calculo, negociación y acuerdo de las reclamaciones (interim port, costes de puerto, shifting, desvío) derivadas del flete para los buques en Time Charter.
  • Coordinación con el área de contratos para la revisión de los mismos, para minimizar al mínimo la exposición al riesgo de nuestros contratos (con contrapartes o armadores), así como la revisión de nuevas pólizas de contratos y GTC´s.
  • Asesoramiento a las líneas de negocio en los posibles contratos comerciales, así como a las líneas de fletamentos, contratos y operaciones.
  • Seguimiento de la deuda del grupo tanto corriente como vencida, así como buscar su cobro en la mayor brevedad.
  • Gestionar los sistemas de información internos y externos para generar los reportes a la organización.
  • Preparaciones de reportes periódicos sobre las demoras ocurridas en las diferentes terminales del grupo Repsol.
  • Seguimiento y comprobación de los resultados de las diferentes líneas de negocio en su P&L diario.
  • Coordinar con el área jurídica para la resolución de reclamaciones judiciales, así como con abogados externos.

Encajarás en el puesto si:

  • Licenciatura en ADE, Economía, Derecho o similar.
  • Master en Comercio internacional / Negocio marítimo o experiencia en el sector marítimo
  • Inglés B2+
  • Experiencia en negociaciones internacionales o sector marítimo
  • Conocimiento logístico marítimo.
