Your Mission
You will support the Reinsurance department in
optimizing treaty business
, managing key relationships, and
improving processes
to drive efficiency and strategic alignment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor business development using key metrics.
  • Assess quarterly results in coordination with Underwriting, Accounting, and Claims.
  • Prepare periodic accounts of reinsurance contracts and report to brokers, reinsurers, and Finance.
  • Manage settlement of account balances and profit-sharing.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to automate and improve closing/reporting processes.
  • Support decision-making on product performance and group quotations.
  • Manage renewal processes, including facultative reinsurance.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with reinsurers and brokers.
  • Contribute to negotiations for reinsurance solutions aligned with NN's strategic objectives.

Who You Are

  • University degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Actuarial Science.
  • 3–5 years of experience in similar functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of life & home insurance products.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Access; experience with Power BI, DataBricks, SQL is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
