To help fuel that growth, we need a Data Analyst to join our Claims Team. 

This team is present for our customers when they need us most.

As a Data Analyst for our Claims Team, you will be more than just a "report generator." You will be a strategic partner, acting as the bridge between raw data and operational excellence. Your mission is to take full ownership of our claims insights to optimize the most critical moment for our customers.

• You will become a "go-to" person for the Claims team. You won't just provide data; you will interpret it, providing actionable insights and recommending specific business moves to improve efficiency.
• We are looking for someone to take the lead on ETL processes. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure our claims datasets are robust, scalable, and accurate.
• You will design high-impact Tableau dashboards that are both visually impeccable and highly functional. Your goal is to tell a clear story that allows stakeholders to make informed decisions at a glance.
• You will collaborate closely with Pricing, Product, and Engineering to ensure a 360-degree view of the business, aligning claims performance with our overall growth strategy.
• You will identify opportunities to automate manual reporting, freeing up the team to focus on high-value decision-making.

• Strong experience in data manipulation and extraction using SQL (MySQL, Redshift, or PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with building and maintaining ETL pipelines. You know how to transform raw data into structured, clean datasets.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, Fintech, or Insurtech).
• Proven track record of creating advanced models and dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration).
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
