What Can You Expect?

As a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and leading the digitalization and automation of operational workflows and guidelines, leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery in areas such as Corporate Real Estate (CRE), IT operations, Procurement, Internal Communications, Governance, as well as cross-functional areas like HR, Finance, and Transformation & Business Development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations to define, plan, and monitor the annual Operations project roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between departments, promoting alignment with TDC strategic goals.
  • Design and manage internal reporting mechanisms to provide transparency on project progress, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements throughout project lifecycles.

  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and technologies to enhance performance and facilitate process automation. This includes experience with conversational AI systems, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Proven experience in project and change management, ideally within a multinational or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles, with experience managing project budgets and tracking financial performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
