In this role, you'll act as the operational backbone of the Mediation & Supply Optimization streams — bridging product, engineering, and business teams. You'll design and optimize processes, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, and help the team deliver business-critical results with clarity and speed.
This is a hands-on role for a structured, curious, and adaptable problem-solver who can both execute projects flawlessly and build scalable systems for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with team leaders and the Delivery Manager to document, structure, and optimize key processes that enhance efficiency and coordination across multiple teams.
  • Build and improve workflows from scratch, taking into account diverse stakeholder needs and best practices from other Business Units.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to develop and track product roadmaps, ensuring delivery aligns with the company's strategic direction.
  • Take full ownership of multiple initiatives and projects. Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives throughout the product lifecycle — from inception to launch and post-launch refinement. Drive timely delivery, prioritization, and transparent communication between teams.
  • Support the OKR system: help design, structure, and operationalize OKRs for the team.
  • Guide and advise leadership in communicating and amplifying the product vision, goals, and strategic themes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for operational requests and incident management.
  • Ensure timely follow-up, clear communication, and smooth resolution of issues.
  • Assess and adapt right-fit delivery frameworks (methodologies, tools, and techniques) for each initiative.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve team performance and process efficiency.
  • Facilitate team retrospectives and encourage a culture of reflection, learning, and accountability.
  • Not afraid to challenge and upend existing systems when needed to achieve better results.

Success Metrics / OKRs:

  • % of projects successfully delivered on time.
  • Number of successfully implemented and adopted processes.
  • OKR delivery and process adoption rate.
