¿En qué consiste el puesto?
Buscamos un Customer Success Manager que se convierta en el aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes en Clientify. Tu misión será guiarles en el uso de la plataforma, asegurarte de que aprovechan al máximo sus funcionalidades y acompañarles en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de marketing y ventas o comunicación.

Qué responsabilidad tendrás
● Acompañar al cliente durante todo su ciclo de vida en Clientify, desde la activación hasta la fidelización.
● Realizar seguimientos proactivos, identificando oportunidades de mejora y adoptando medidas que impulsen el éxito del cliente.
● Resolver dudas funcionales y estratégicas sobre la plataforma, tanto en sesiones individuales como en comunicaciones diarias.
● Detectar señales de riesgo o desuso, y trabajar en planes de acción para mejorar la adopción y la satisfacción. Serás su punto de referencia, quien les ayude a desbloquear dudas, aprovechar oportunidades y mejorar sus resultados con Clientify.
● Colaborar con los equipos de soporte y ventas, transmitiendo feedback y asegurando una experiencia integral.
● Conocer en profundidad Clientify, sus soluciones y nuevas actualizaciones para poder traducirlas en valor real para el cliente.
¿Qué habilidades necesitas dominar?
Antes de asumir tu cartera de clientes, tendrás un periodo de formación y adaptación en el que te familiarizarás con la plataforma, los procesos internos y las consultas más habituales.
Como Customer Success Manager necesitarás:
● Conocimientos en Marketing Digital y automatización (requerido).
● Conocimiento de herramientas CRM y ofimáticas (requerido).
● Capacidad analítica, para identificar problemas y proponer soluciones.
● Habilidad para gestionar relaciones a largo plazo, fomentando la confianza y la comunicación fluida.
● Orientación a resultados y mentalidad de mejora continua.
● Proactividad y autonomía en la gestión de clientes.
● Comunicación empática y asertiva, tanto con clientes como con el equipo interno.
Puntos extra si además tienes:
● Experiencia previa como Customer Success o Account Manager en entornos SaaS o de Marketing Digital.
● Experiencia usando Clientify o plataformas similares (HubSpot, Active Campaign, RD Station, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.). ● Capacidad para impartir formaciones o webinars.
● Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma
● Experiencia en análisis de datos de uso y retención de clientes.
