Associate - Global Mobility

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of personal income tax returns for expatriate and impatriate employees.
- Support the team with tax equalization calculations, hypothetical tax adjustments, and related documentation.
- Coordinate immigration processes, such as work and residence permit applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Provide administrative support for social security coverage, certificate applications (A1, CoC), and related filings.
- Communicate with clients, assignees, and local authorities to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain internal databases and track assignment-related documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and countries to deliver a seamless global mobility experience.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in international taxation, immigration, and global mobility.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English (and ideally Spanish or other languages).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
