Aquinas American School is seeking an
Admissions and Boarding Program Coordinator
to support the growth of our Boarding Program and the Getafe International Madrid Football Academy. This role involves guiding families through the admissions process, coordinating legal and immigration documentation, and building strong relationships with students and parents. You'll also play a key role in marketing, business development, and ensuring an exceptional admissions experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Coordination:
    Manage the admissions process for the AAS Boarding Program and the Getafe International Madrid Football Academy, guiding families from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Family & Student Support:
    Build strong relationships with prospective families, addressing their needs, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.
  • Document Management:
    Oversee legal and immigration documentation, including visas and renewals, ensuring compliance with Spanish regulations.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
    Collaborate on marketing initiatives, develop partnerships with international schools and agencies, and enhance program visibility via social media and digital content.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Language Skills:
    PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS MANDATORY.
  • Marketing Knowledge:
    Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience in Admissions or Customer Relations:
    Strong track record in guiding families through processes with excellent communication skills.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    Proven ability to manage admissions pipelines and conversion metrics effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage admissions and marketing.

    A collaborative approach to working across departments, including marketing, student services, and academics.
  • Time Management:
    Capacity to juggle multiple tasks efficiently, particularly during peak admissions cycles.
