High School Program Manager

_We are seeking a passionate and organized High School Program Coordinator to join our small, caring and fun-filled team. This role involves working closely with curious and enthusiastic high school students, helping them navigate their study abroad journey, and ensuring they have a safe, enriching, and unforgettable experience. The three cornerstones of CIEE high school programs are Fun, Friends, and Future_

- **You will be part of a small team in Palma de Mallorca,**which in 2026 will receive more than 200 students from US high schools and colleges.

**What you will do**:
The Program Coordinator (PC) will support the Program Manager (PM) in successfully leading CIEE Palma’s High School program according to the vision and mission set for Summer 2026. The job will be both administrative (i.e. it will involve a great deal of office work) and active (e.g. the Program Coordinator both organizes and joins/runs student activities). Office work includes building the schedules, grouping the students, preparation for activities and serving as the Academic Assistant. Active work includes occasional hiking, responding to student incidents, and chaperoning excursions. Additionally, the PC will supervise a team of about 8 people during peak season. As is required of all CIEE employees, the PC will be trained in and abide by CIEE’s health and safety protocols, so that they can respond effectively (and correctly) to ensure a healthy, safe, inclusive environment for all students.

**What you’ll bring**:

- University degree (e.g. filología, máster en educación secundaria, biología, psicología, relaciones internacionales, ciencias sociales)
- _At least two years of experience in a similar sector_
- _Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral)_
- _Enjoy working with people and have strong professional, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills_
- _Excellent Organizational and time management skills, including delegating and self-pacing_
- _Ability and willingness to remain flexible, shifting between projects based on the seasonality of the program, with a proactive attitude, and eager to provide support to different business areas_
- _Meticulous attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment_
- _Strong awareness of inclusion for diversity, equity, and accessibility_
- _Fast learner of new technology, systems, procedures, and policies_
- _Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook_
- _Commitment to restorative justice in education (included in training)_
