Summary of the Role

Location:

Palma or Madrid (with travel flexibility)

Reporting

to COO. Full-time role.

As an expert in understanding our members' profiles and needs, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and creating new business opportunities within our
Private Club Zinantis
ecosystem.

As such, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and farming specific relationships.

You will be the human face
of an automated system,
acting as a matchmaker coordinator
linking our members with relevant partners — both demand and hospitality providers — ensuring alignment, collaboration, and mutual success.

You will play a strategic role in driving the company's expansion while cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

You will work independently and as a part of a team in a hybrid environment and
Willingness to travel

for strategic meetings, events, and partner visits.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Build new relationship between members
  • Act as a strategic connector between members ensuring mutual success by introducing members on request.
  • Identify relevant new partnership business opportunities aligned with member needs.
  • Translate member profiles and preferences into tailored business opportunities and relevant partnerships.
  • Expert in the luxury segment, understand needs and challenges
  • Identify gaps and opportunities of relationships
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities aligned with member needs.
  • Profiling new members
  • Meets new member's request
  • Follow up on results
  • Monitor and optimize the impact of partnerships on member satisfaction and business outcomes.
