We are excited to invite a talented individual with Sales experience to become a key member of our team in Spain. In this role, you will focus on prospecting, developing, and nurturing important relationships within private banking, family offices, and independent financial advisory firms (EAFIs). By promoting our diverse range of investment funds, you will play a vital role in driving growth and increasing our assets under management (AuM). Please note that the position requires a willingness to travel nationally up to 50-70% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new contacts in private banking networks, family offices, and EAFIs.
  • Manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers (wealth managers, bankers, agents).
  • Present the range of funds, highlighting strategies, investment philosophy, and competitive advantages.
  • Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on materials, roadshows, and reports.
  • Collaborate in the operational development of the institutional and wholesale segment (preparation of documentation, reports, and analysis).
  • Participate in industry events and prepare activity reports.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of investment funds or complex financial products (including investment management, private banking, or distribution platforms).
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment funds, and regulations (MiFID II, UCITS).
  • Established network of contacts in private banking, family offices, and EAFIs in Spain.
  • Willingness to travel nationally.
  • Proficiency in advanced English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Commercial skills: results-oriented, negotiation, and closing sales.
  • Educational background in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (such as CFA or EFPA) are highly valued.
