In Deiner Rolle als Lead Real Estate Operations (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für sämtliche technischen und Wartungsangelegenheiten unserer Immobilien. Du führst ein wachsendes Team von Real Estate Maintenance Managern, optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse und Standards und stellst sicher, dass unsere Immobilien jederzeit in einwandfreiem Zustand sind.
Aufgaben- Du verantwortest sämtliche Angelegenheiten rund um Technik, Wartung, Betrieb und Instandsetzung unserer Immobilien und stellst sicher, dass diese zu jeder Zeit in einem sehr guten Zustand sind.
- Du führst ein wachsendes Team von Technikern und Maintenance-Managern in unterschiedlichen Ländern und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du pflegst die Beziehung zu lokalen Dienstleistern und Gewerken, koordinierst deren Einsatz und baust unser Partnernetzwerk weiter aus.
- Du entwickelst bestehende Qualitätsstandards und -Prozesse laufend weiter und stellst die Einhaltung vor Ort sicher.
- Du verwendest moderne Technologie, um deinen Verantwortungsbereich zusammen mit unserem IT-Team laufend effizienter und effektiver zu gestalten.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre relevante Erfahrung mit nachgewiesenem Erfolg im Bereich technischer Wartung / Facility-Management im Bereich Hotellerie/Ferienimmobilien, der baulichen Projektsteuerung oder vergleichbar.
- Du bist erfahren im Aufbau und der laufenden Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und Strukturen in einem wachsenden Umfeld (z. B. Operating Playbooks, SLAs, Ticketsysteme, Reporting).
- Du hast nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Führung dezentraler Teams und der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern.
- Du arbeitest hands-on, strukturiert und stark prozessorientiert, mit einem sehr guten Blick für Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit.
- Du überzeugst durch ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation und Projektmanagement sowie hohe Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen, sich ständig weiterentwickelnden Umfeld.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Kenntnisse in Deutsch, Spanisch, Italienisch oder Französisch sind von Vorteil.
