About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

The Banquets Manager is responsible for leading and managing all banquet and event operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and financial performance. This role oversees banquet teams, coordinates large-scale events, and ensures that all functions reflect Four Seasons luxury standards.

What you will do

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all banquet and event operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate banquet teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Events, Culinary, and Operations teams.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, inventories, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement and service innovation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Banquets Manager or senior events leader.
  • Strong leadership and financial acumen.
  • Extensive knowledge of banquet operations and luxury service standards.
  • Degree in hospitality management or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Languages: Spanish / English
