Resort Manager – Caribbean Island Destination (Not in Spain)

Are you ready to lead a vibrant, family-owned resort in one of the Caribbean's
(not in Spain)
most beautiful destinations?

We are conducting an exclusive search on behalf of an independent, family-operated beachfront resort located on a tropical island off the coast of Central America.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a
hands-on General Manager
to oversee all aspects of a
well-established, activity-rich 4-star resort
known for its diving, beaches, and relaxed island atmosphere.

The Opportunity

The role requires a leader who can bring
structure, organization, staffing, and operational efficiency
to an already successful property. You'll work directly with ownership and lead a seasoned team across Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Events to deliver consistent service, profitability, and long-term stability.

Ideal Candidate

We're seeking either:

  • A
    strong #2
    —such as a Resort Manager or Director of Operations—ready to step into their first GM role,

or

  • A
    seasoned GM
    who's toward the later stage of their career and wants to continue contributing in a meaningful, hands-on way without the pressure of a corporate environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership in 4- or 5-star resort or hotel operations (80–300 rooms).
  • Excellent financial acumen and organizational discipline.
  • Strong team builder with emphasis on accountability and service culture.
  • Experience in Latin America, the Caribbean, or other island/remote locations preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Candidates from
    Latin America or Spain
    are especially encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive tax-adjusted salary
  • Annual bonus up to 3 months' salary.
