Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marbella for a Client Services Representative. The responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting with the overall coordination of client needs. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks, including finance-related inquiries, to ensure seamless service delivery in partnership with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining positive client relationships, stress resistance and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
- Proficiency in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and managing customer feedback
- Understanding of Finance-related processes, including basic knowledge of billing and payment procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a client-centered environment, to be a valubale team player
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Experience in the mental health and addiction treatment field is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Category B driver license
