About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve any issues or queries with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and timely assistance.

  • Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

  • A friendly and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
