This is a six (6) month contract for a replacement withing the company.

In this role, you will act as Talent Acquisition Sales Specialist,
as part of the sales team EMEA. Your focus will be mostly on
SDRs, Field Sales
and
Digital Sales
. You'll be part of a Global Talent Acquisition team, and a wider HR Team based in Barcelona office with whom you'll collaborate daily. You'll contribute to give new opportunities for people to join a new Job

Daily, you will work on your assigned vacancies, posting jobs, delivering intake sessions, managing end-to-end recruitment cycle process. You'll asses your internal clients with the best strategy and approach to each recruitment process. You'll also add value and work closely with our Employer Branding and Marketing team, Advisory Board, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging team and Global TA Operations.

Requirements:

•
At least 3 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search
with
at least 1 year of them being in Sales
(Digital Sales, Field Sales, Business Consultant, SDR, KAM)

• Advanced level of English and Spanish

• Ability to work in a very fast paced and dynamic environment

• High organization and communication skills. Client-focused and results oriented.

• Resilient, autonomous and flexible.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
