Description du poste

Au sein de notre bureau espagnol, situé au cœur de Barcelone, nous sommes à la recherche de notre prochain
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
pour accompagner notre croissance.

Rattaché(e) à notre Team Leader et en lien avec nos commerciaux basés à Paris et l'île Maurice, tu participeras activement à la sélection et aux placements de consultants IT et finance chez nos clients.

Tes missions :

  • S'approprier le besoin du client (développeur web, consultant SAP, data scientist, devops …).
  • Identifier et mettre en œuvre les méthodes et canaux de sourcing adéquats par rapport au profil recherché (sites spécialisés, réseaux sociaux…).
  • Rédiger les offres de missions de manière attractive et les publier sur nos outils.
  • Mettre en place une stratégie de communication digitale sur les réseaux sociaux.
  • Réaliser les entretiens de qualification par téléphone ou visio et négocier les tarifs des consultants.
  • Rédiger des comptes-rendus d'entretiens.
  • Enrichir notre vivier de consultants.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme Bac +3 minimum.
  • Forte appétence commerciale, goût du challenge et orientation résultats.
  • Expérience confirmée en
    recrutement chasse / approche directe
    .
  • Intérêt pour les métiers de l'IT et de la Finance
  • Curiosité, proactivité et envie d'apprendre.
  • Très bon relationnel, dynamisme et aisance communicationnelle.
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à évoluer en environnement collaboratif.
  • Parfaite maîtrise du
    français
    et de l'
    anglais
    (écrit et oral) Nous intervenons sur le marché français et sur des marchés anglophones.
