THE ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will join our HR department with the objective of managing the hiring needs across all departments and seniority levels, as well as leading the employer branding strategy.
YOU WILL
- Handle recruitment processes by posting job offers, screening applications, and conducting interviews in various formats.
- Manage selection processes across all departments and seniority levels: from internships to department managers.
Place candidates at the centre of the hiring process, keeping them informed at all times and maintaining open channels of communication should they have any questions.
Conduct head-hunting, source candidates and keep up-to-date with new trends in sourcing.
- Develop new recruiting channels and maintain university relations.
- Own employer branding initiatives in coordination with our communication department.
- On-board new recruits and ensure they settle well into company life during their first few days.
- Participate in other HR-related projects.
THIS IS YOU
- You have a fluent level of English and Spanish
- You're organised and are able to manage recruitment processes to tight deadlines
You have previous experience in recruitment and solid interviewing techniques
You have strong communication skills
- You are a master of the Boolean search
- You are results-oriented and a self-starter, you are able to work autonomously and to adapt to a moving environment
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- You love the nitty-gritty and have excellent attention to detail
- You proactively find ways to implement improvements
